1. 1.So, you just made the move from L.A. to S.F.  How do you like it so far?
   

-SF’s a good change.  I was getting a little burnt on the  LA lifestyle.  Up here, I bomb hills every day, skate everywhere, have good parks to bbq at, and don’t sit in traffic for two hours just to get kicked out of a spot.  Aleks told me I do too many wallrides now, but I can’t help it.  That’s SF.

2. 2.Why did you move?
   

-School.  I had the option of staying in LA too, but I think SF is a good environment to study in.

3. 3.What do you do when you're not skating?
   

-Lately, catching some good lectures at UC Berkeley or SPUR (San Francisco Planning and Urban Research Association), or hanging out at the dog park with my girlfriend wishing we had the time to adopt a greyhound.

4. 4. How has filming for the video been?
   

-Awesome.  This is the first time I’ve really had the chance to film for a part that I already know I’ll be really stoked on.  In the past, I had always just filmed randomly and compiled footage when I needed a part.  Filming with Aleks for this video has been more focused than that.  At times it’s been a little stressful, especially when I’m sometimes too busy with school to get out and film, but then again it’s really just about getting out and having a good time with friends.  So yeah, sorry I didn’t flip out of that back tail or whatever.  I had fun.

5. 5.You've been riding for Hype Skateboards for about a year now, how is that going?
   

-I couldn’t have asked for better.  It’s a small operation, so the team has a say in what the graphics and shapes are like.  There’s no shareholders to keep happy, just the kids out there who are buying the boards, which is definitely a nice change.  The wood is good, and everybody on the team has been killing it.  David Perry rips.

6. 6.What are your plans for 2010?
   

-Skate, enjoy the sunshine, learn to tweak a japan like K. Reed.
